Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours advance notice. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be considered a "no show" and your card on file will be charged the full amount of the service. If you do not have a card on file, we reserve the right to refuse further service. If you need to cancel during non- business hours feel free to leave a message on the salon's voicemail or send us an email. However, if it is within the 24-hour window, you still may be charged. I Love Lucy Lashes, LLC strives to give the guests a relaxing environment. In order to do so we politely ask that guests refrain from bringing in small children or infants to their appointments. The stylist is focused on delivering the best possible service and are unable to monitor young ones while doing so. If you have any concerns please contact the stylist.
